Hopefully there will be a simpler method for rooting the device in the near future. These guys & gals are always making improvements to the process.

Since technology is a hobby of mine, I committed some time one evening to digging through the info and figuring out how to do it. The community gets a little impatient with neophytes, so that can be annoying, but it’s definitely not as hard as it looks!
